I love the responsibility I feel to eat well for my team, it helps me to stay on track better than anything. Plus there are 25 days left until xmas! By the end of this group you are going to be rocking your christmas outfits!

Mexican Taco Meat with Zoodles
- 1 tsp EVOO
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 jalapeno, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1tsp Mexican oregano
- 1/2 tsp pink sea salt
- 1 cup all natural tomato sauce
- 1 chipotle in adobo, chopped
- 1 tbs. adobo sauce
- Heat oil over medium heat, add onion and jalapeño for 4-5 minutes. Add garlic, stir for 1 minute, transfer to a bowl and set aside.
Add turkey to the same skillet;over medium heat, stirring frequently to break up the turkey 8-10 minutes, or until the turkey is no longer pink.
Season with chili powder, oregano, and salt.
Add the onion mixture, tomato sauce, chipotle chili pepper, and adobo sauce. Mix well, reduce heat to medium-low, greatly bowl for 8-10minutes until thicken

Cherries and Cream: Vanilla shakeology, 1/4 cup cherry juice, 1 banana, spinach, 1/4 almond milk, 1 cup water, 8 ice cubes
Hummus with cucumbers

Avocado with balsamic and sea salt
