This will be my second week doing Core De Force and I am so in LOVE with this program. It is unlike any fitness program I have done before, and the best part is I am learning how to protect myself. I am learning the proper way to kick, punch, and even get someone off me who has pinned me down. It helps with your agility, balance, and coordination, its amazing.
The workouts range from 25 minutes to 47 minutes but they FLY by, I am almost sad when they are over!
This week I will continue to stick to my eating plan even through Thanksgiving (I’m not the biggest fan of stuffing, mashed potatoes, or cranberry sauce.)
