How the heck is it almost October??!?! I am so ready for this 80 degree, humid weather to go away! I want clean cool air, flannels, warm tea, and comfort food! Sorry but you are not getting the comfort foods from me yet (that will come next week, when we will be kicking off our clean eating crockpot challenge group).
This week is focused around refreshing our bodies, why you may ask, because I am completing the 3 day refresh! Basically for 3 days I have to stick to a vegan diet, with special shakes from Beachbody. I try to do a system refresh every now and then, I feel like it just makes my body work better.

Sprouted granola with greek yogurt, berries, and bananas
Oatmeal with berries along with egg whites and spinach
21 Day Fix “BLT”
1 piece ezekiel bread, 1 piece turkey bacon, 1 slice of a ripe tomato, spinach, a little avocado, tons of hot sauce….amazing!
Bun-less turkey burger, spinach sautéed in coconut oil, steamed sweet potatoes with pink salt and cinnamon
Chicken BLT (since you have all the ingredients)
Seared chicken topped with mashed avocado, 1 piece of turkey bacon, 1 slice tomato, topped on a spinach salad
Chicken Salad Bowl
Seared chicken over mixed greens with cucumber, brown rice, shredded carrots and balsamic dressing
Prime Rib and Salmon with asparagus and roasted potatoes (guests coming over for dinner)
Pork Chops, seasoned however your want, with rice and green beans
