I am so excited for this week! I just got Country Heat and I have decided to do a hybrid program of 21 Day Fix Extreme and Country Heat!
Country Heat is so fun! It really doesn’t feel like you are working out, it feels like your playing. It is zumba meets dance dance revolution. After the 30 minute tape, your heart rate is up, your abs and legs are sore and your covered in sweat. The best part is…kids can join! My daughter loves the music and asks fore me to put it on!
My team is beginning another challenge group Monday so I have been trying to dial in my meal plans to set them up for success. I am pulling from inspiration for Country Heat, there is a new meal plan called Country “Eat” lol.
