Lets talk about how to change your body. Do you like the way you look? Are you happy with the way your cloths are fitting? Do you feel sexy? Well before I started my journey with Beachbody I would have answered no to every single question. I am all for your body is beautiful the way it is, but when your not comfortable in your own skin… thats a problem.

After having Samara I hated the way my body looked. Everything looked bigger: my arms, my hips, my thighs, my tummy. It is a hard thing to deal with mentally. I exercised all the time, ate healthy, I was constantly on the move but the scale didn’t budge. I was stuck, 15 pounds over my pre-baby weight. I was not at all fat but I was not where I wanted to be, I had to make a change…

I finally broke down and ordered the 21 Day Fix. I learned so much! I was eating WAY to much healthy fat, WAY to many carbs, and WAY to much protein for my body. The easy container system helped me to create a caloric deficit that would allow me to lose weight without being too hungry. At this time I was still doing over a hour of exercise at the gym and ignoring those silly 30 minute workouts tapes that came in my 21 day fix package. I was trying to be strict with the program, but when it was time to cook dinner I would need to snack on anything salty! This was my down fall.
I started doing Autumn’s 30 minute tapes out of necessity while I was away for the summer. I was away from my gym and HAD to workout. I noticed after 2 weeks my body started slimming down. I wasn’t lifting as heavy and I wasn’t doing as crazy of a workout but somehow I was getting thin. I added the 10 minute ab tape 5 times a week and started seeing major ab progress.
After doing the workouts for a month straight I decided it was time to upgrade, I wanted a new challenge, it was time for the 21 Day Fix EXTREME. I have been doing the Extreme for 2 weeks and can tell a HUGE difference in my body. My stomach is getting more defined my legs are more lean. I am down a pound, which on my small frame is huge!

Autumns programs have given me my confidence back. I finally feel comfortable in a bathing suit. Never in my life have I felt comfortable in one, even when I weighted my lowest. I finally know how and what to eat for my body to perform the best, and I am a good role model for my family…who is slowly but surely jumping on the Beachbody bandwagon.
