I am so excited! I recently got the 21 Day fix EXTREME and it is amazing! It is kicking my butt, and firming and toning at the same time 😉
I leave to go back Virginia, after being gone for 2 months! Its so easy to stay on track at my parents house since my mom and I follow the same program. We are each others accountability partners. Its also great to have extra help with the baby, my niece will watch Sammy while mom and I cook and clean.
I am trying to create a deficit just in case I am not able to eat the same when I go home. We are trying to get a house and move all within days of me coming back. I am going to try to stay on track as best I can with workouts and clean eating but I have to leave room for error since life will soon be crazy.
On this weeks Menu:
M- Grilled steak tips, turkey tips, and pork tenderloin with a massaged kale salad with strawberries, feta, cranberries, cucumbers with Autumns white balsamic vinaigrette

F-Probably Chinese take out, since HOPEFULLY we will be moving stuff into our house. I always get steamed shrimp and broccoli with white rice…very adventures I know.
-Turkey breast with steamed broccoli, tomato from the garden, and pesto
-Leftover grilled meat and salad
-Leftover grilled chicken and “noodles”
-Salad from whole foods, because i will have just gotten off the plane
-Leftover turkey bake
-Oatmeal with berries and Egg whites
-Yogurt with granola and berries
Shakeology with peanut butter, banana, spinach, and almond milk…I have this everyday. It is SOOOOO good!
