We all want sleek sexy abs and a toned flat tummy’s. For most of us that aren’t genetically blessed (or have had children), having a perfect stomach seems out of reach. I have always had issues with belly fat. Even when I was at my thinest, my lower tummy always seemed to protrude more than any other part of my stomach.
After having my little one it seemed like the only cure for my lose stomach was surgery. I had almost given up on the idea of ever having a good bikini body until Autumn’s 10 minute Abs came into my life. At first I started doing it 2-3 times a week. I saw huge improvements and was psyhed. I was able to wear cloths that would have NEVER looked good on me before. Now I do the 10 minute abs every day finally feel confident wearing a bikini!
On days that my stomach is too sore from doing the same exercises over and over, I switch it up. A trainer gave this to me and it is killer! When you need to switch it up, give it a try!
