Abs are some of the most noticeable features of a women. A sleek slim tinny tonned waist is what we all strive for. My biggest issue with my abs is my lower belly. Ever since I had my daughter I have been trying to firm and tone it….the little pouch won’t go away! I am finally seeing amazing results and figured I would share what has worked for me:
First, cut out all white salt, even white sea salt. Go for pink or brown himilayin sea salt. It is a less refined and doesn’t give you the normal bloat effects of regular salt, plus its a super pretty color!
Drink Lemon water. All. Day. Long. It helps with bloating and helps to hydrate you so you won’t mistake being hungry for thirsty.
Next, work your abs as many days as you can, on top of your normal workout rotuine. My favorite is the 10 min ab tape by beach body, I did it every other night and the results where crazy! Be warned, before you can really see results in your abs, you need to lower your body fat, which will happen naturally while you are doing the 21 day fix and challenge group.
