I am finally finished with the 3-Day Refresh! I have enjoyed this process. I like structure and rules and when you are held accountable by another person (I was doing it with my sister-in-law) it makes you want to succeed even more. I followed the Refresh the best I could and got some amazing result!
Picture on the left is Day One, you can see my tummy looks soft, slightly bloated. The picture on the right is me after the 3-Day Refresh, my stomach is tight and toned and you can see muscles. I lost 4 pounds total and was able to fit into a pair of pants that I haven’t been able to wear for 3 years!
I now feel super motived to stick to my eating plan. No snacks that aren’t scheduled, I am going to stick to my containers, and I am super eager to get back to my workouts and push myself even harder!
Life after the 21 Day Fix:
-Having those 3 days off from working out has allowed my muscles to rest
-My workouts have been amazing, I am able to use bigger weights than I was pre-3-Day Refresh
-I am still loosing weight. A lot of negative people have told me, “You are going to gain that back” I have lost a little more weight each day since I have been off of the cleanse. I really does help to reset your body.
