This week is going to be busy busy busy. I just started a new job and I am working 4 days! Super excited!! I have been trying to find a good work/life/balance with my new schedule. I have to give a huge shout out to my hubby who has been super supportive throughout the past couple of weeks. He has been picking up my slack 🙂
This week is also the start of 7-day Shakeology Sampler group! I am excited to demo some new recipes:

Since I will be super crazy this week I need to be super organized, have my meals prepared, my workouts planned, and all my groceries purchased. Here is the game plan:
Overnight oats (for busy mornings) http://www.katheats.com/favorite-foods/overnightoats this is a good base recipe, I like to use almond milk, you can make it your own by adding any type of fruit and nuts you want
Cooked Steel cut oats with egg whites and berries (my favorite)
Blender Muffins http://sublimereflection.com/blender-muffins/ Might make these for my little one
I normally make extra food at dinner so I can bring leftovers for lunch. Lately my favorite has been spaghetti squash with green dragon hot sauce and protein, such as turkey or chicken. You can also get a Rotisserie Chicken and make a salad. Make it filling by adding tons of veggies and some healthy fat like avocado or cheese.
Zaatar Lamb Burgers with sweet potato fries. I love Mediterranean food, mint and dill are so fresh and light.
Balsamic Chicken Thighs with roasted veggies. I love this recipe, its super quick, makes a good amount of food, and the whole family loves it.
Pad Thai- I crave this. I was skeptical at first, but after 1 bite I was hooked.
